Windshield washer nozzle not spraying...

I first thought it was my pump motor, which I couldn't hear very well, so I thought it was dead, so I put a new motor in it, then tried to hit the spray... and it still just dribbled out like before... not sure why.

I took my air hose and sprayer and blew air thru the system, and thought I blew out a clog, but the sprayer still just dribbles... whats the deal here?

Pull the hose off the bottom of the nozzle, if it flows good there, might try some carb cleaner thru it. If it dribbles out of hose, look for a kinked hose, if no kinks how does it flow out of pump? is the pump getting 12v or is it low.

Re: Windshield washer nozzle not spraying...

The new pump works well, I can hear it. When I just pull off the hose and let it come it, it comes out in a steady stream, so I don't think it's blocked.

And I ran air thru the system and it doesn't act like its blocked.

Are the nozzles known to just up and go bad?

sometimes they plug up, might try shooting some carb cleaner thru it.

Through the nozzle itself?

From the bottom where the hose attaches.
