I Fixed it! (CTS problem)

Im sure a few of you remember a few months ago when my 85' duke was having a bunch of problems like, running super rough, non starting, bad gas milage, high idle, ect.. Well after throwing all kinds of parts at it I asked my automotive instructor what it could be. He said it was the wires going to the CTS from the ECM so when I went home I replaced the wires all the way back to the ECM from the CTS and sure enough it worked! The truck runs great! great gas milage, low ide, starts every time! So if anyone has these stmptoms with your duke and you are getting code 15 and nothing is working try this! Thanks to all that helped before.

s10kid17,

You should dig up your old thread and update it. I reference posts that are as old as 2003 and if your fix is on the same thread as the problem, it will REALLY help someone else in the future. Good work, by the way =)

Re: I Fixed it! (CTS problem)

Guys, please excuse my lack of knowledge, but I know what ECM means, but what is CTS?
