Re: external fuel pump

since this is the 2.5L section i have a question on fuel pumps also.

i have a #2225 from my old 95 sonoma... but now the external pump went out on my 88 2.5L. The pump that was on it said 5.5-9psi pump (different owner put it on) but i know the TBI in the 88 runs 9-13 psi. Is there a better external pump for this application, or should i just put a regulator on my 2225 msd pump?
