v8 trans question?
I have an 88 first gen s10 reg cab short box with a trad bd and Im installing a 305 with 350 heads th350 auto trans. My question is can I use the factory trans cross member to mount the th350 (It had a 4cyl with a 5 speed manual) or do I have to build a new cross member? I made my own motor mounts so I can put the v8 where ever I want. Thanx for any info you can give me.
