v8 converted lowering question
I have a 89 s-15 v-8 conversion its in the thread titled back in the drivers seat and loving it........... Well my question is what is the best way to lower a v-8 converstion. Is it spindles up front or springs and spindles and if so are just regular s-10 spindles ok or do you need to get something alittle heftier.
As far as the rear if this is not a daily driver will blocks be ok or should i go with leaf spings. What company are people using or does it not really matter is that personal preference. I dont think I really want to go 5/6 I just want a more aggresive stance out of the truck. Thanks for the help hope this was not a dumb repetative post. Toby |

Re: v8 converted lowering question
you can do spindles, springs or both depending on how low you want to go. same for the rear, you can go blocks, leaf springs, or both.. personally i would go with spindles and a 1 or 2" spring up front and leaf springs with a 1-3" block.
