Re: smallblock350 help

on? you just kinda said what you planned on doing, not really what you wanted input on..... theres lots of different things you could do, but none of us know what your interests are or how you want to build it

if you have problem with something then we can help, but if you want us to tell you how to build it, then it wouldnt really be yours now would it? its your truck your engine, do what you think is cool... because in the end youre the one driving it

excactly my thoughts.

It would be cool to make it a 408 with 8:1 dish pistons and put a 871 blower on top, but that is just me. nothing looks meaner than a vehicle with the complete blower poping thru the hood. Not very streetable, but loads of HP/Tq non the less.

What are your intentions, You looking for a DD or for a drag truck?

Re: smallblock350 help

Our opinions may differ from what you are wanting out of this motor,if it was me I would entirely rebuild it and have it check and do a small cam, intake etc.

Re: smallblock350 help

Im going through a build myself and everyone has all sorts of different opinions on what they would do if it was thiers. In the end you have to decide what you want and do it. Its best to have it all thought out before you start so you dont waste time and money on a change of heart.

Good Luck

another good point, know what you want to do before you do it, plan the entire project before you even pick up a wrench, because the more times you change your mind, the more money you will spend redoing stuff
