i didnt have much luck searching it, it seemed like nobody was being very descriptive, is it hard to keep ur a/c and heat when u drop a 350 in? and if u can do it does anything need to be done to either of them in order to fit correctly?

depends on what engine youre coming from, if its a 4.3, you should be able to use ALL the accessories that came on it, everything bolts right up
if you came from a 2.2 or something than no, you have to start from scratch and find a donor vehicle in a junkyard or something heater is easy, just plumb the existing lines from the firewall into the manifold and water pump, you may need longer ones though, stock hoses may not reach |

Well im coming from a 2.2 but i have a doner truck tht is a 4.3... so will i be able to use everything from the 4.3?

you should be able to, the front of the 4.3 is identical to the front of a small block, everything should bolt directly to it
