88 4.3 to 350 Carb Wiring Trouble

I need to get power back to the dash, maybe even the whole fuse block. I cut off the harness at the firewall below the heater box as recommended for this carb swap. I have the basics back in place to run but no headlights etc. What wires do I need to salvage from the cut off harness? Any ideas? Thanks.
