This is a job for a new car guy ha but wondering if my stock computer in my 2000 xtreme s10 will work with a 2000-2002 chevy vortec 350 crate motor of corse with some reprograming and a wiring harness? Tryin to do the swap without spending too much money haha. If i need to buy a new computer where can i find one for a good price?

If you have a 4.3 the only wires you'll need are the wires for the V8 injector plug and you may have to lengthen a few. You can have the computer in your truck reflashed with an express van tune. Chevy trucks came with LSx series engines from 99-up.

I'm not sure, but I think Wait4Me or PCM4Less can do it...
I know Jared at Current Performance can do it... He charges over $300 to do it though... |
