What 350 would be the best to mount with a 700r4 and allow a SAS?

Right now im IFS, I wanna do a 350 swap, 4x4 conversion AND a SAS. I just don't yet know in what order to do it in.

That still doesn't make much sense. I think you mean right now your 2wd but you wanna do a SAS, v8 swap, and convert it to 4x4. All s-series were IFS from the factory.
