1999 s10 Blazer engine v6 to v8?

Hello everyone

i own a 99 s10 blazer 4door. i am toying with two ideas. One, getting rid of it, and getting a z28 (: , and two keeping it, and just modding the heck out of it. I know a lot of people with z28's and i dont exactly want something everyone else has you know. With keeping my blazer, i can be different.

Well if i keep my blazer, i would like to dump the v6 vortec, and get a v8 of some sort. However, what will fit, and how much is it around. I saw the sticky in the forum, but that just answers basic questions. If anyone could tell me if i can get a little v8 350 in there, and what it takes, id worship you.
