They'll for sure fit a 98+, but they might fit a 94-97, I haven't been in the 94-97's enough to see if the kick panels are the same or not.
My truck is a '99 and I built it for that generation year obviously.

I'm open to offers if the price feels unreasonable. It's hard to put a price on custom fabrication.

This is the paint that I used if the buyer wants to repaint them. It was $7 or so at Advance Auto. I believe it said "Spectra Grey" equivalent.
