FAQ (answers):
The Front Fenders have a fair amount of rust on the wheel well lip and the passenger fender has a dent. They would be cheaper to replace than fix. I think you can find fenders for $45. The top roll on the bed that meets up against the cab has some rust holes (pencil size) as well. The hood has a half dozen or so shallow hail dents from the tornado that went through here last year. Other than those flaws the body is in good shape. Body kit needs some repair though. IT was molded in plastic and has some cracks in it. Someone else requested pictures of parts of the truck so I will send you all the pictures I send him as well. The interior is in good shape but incomplete. The previous owner decided to change the interior from blue to red but didn't have everything he needed to complete it so the seat belts, kick panels and glove box are still blue. (I have a box full of extra interior parts that I haven't gone through that he gave me, they may be in there. There is no headliner or what ever material is supposed to cover the back of the cab. The seats are buckets. There is one crack by a speaker on the dash otherwise the interior is in good shape. The Vette wheels are 17x8 in front and 18x9 in the rear. The 2 extras are 17's. The air ride is not installed it is still in the box along with some plumbing for it and the compressor. The sunroof leaks occasionally, just one of those things where it depends on which way the wind is coming from. I think a new seal would take care of it (NO floor rust even though it does have a leak). I wanted to get an ecotech drive train out of a Pontiac Solstice GXP and make this thing into the truck it has the potential to be. I just couldn't afford the drive train to put in it, so I thought someone else can enjoy it and make it the truck it’s capable of being. Oh and back to the Vette Wheels. Most asked question is do they rub? -The Fronts only rub if you max out the steering and the rears no longer do since I have gone to a small width tire. 2" Wheel spacers make it possible to make the wheels fit...It has a Sonoma grille on it but I do have an S-10 grille to go with it also.
